The challenge
An agency that sells web performance and digital strategy work has to prove it on its own site first. FenceTalkDigital's website ran on a traditional, fully-coupled WordPress stack — functional, but slow enough that it undercut the agency's own pitch to prospective clients.
The approach
I rebuilt the site on a headless architecture, separating content management from the front end that renders to visitors. Editors kept the CMS workflow they already knew; what changed was everything downstream of it — a leaner, faster delivery layer with none of the bloat that came with the old coupled setup.
